MTC Grindelo

The MTC Grindelo is a challenging 32-mile ultra marathon held in England, forming Day 5 of the 13-day Mount to Coast Albion End to End Challenge. The race starts at The Swan in Tarporley and finishes at Travelodge Shrewsbury Battlefield, following the same route as the MTC JOGLE event but with shorter daily distances. The course features approximately 1,328 feet of ascent and 1,271 feet of descent, with mandatory checkpoints and a minimum pace requirement of 4 mph.
