Route and logistics

The route starts at Bellbridge House, Spanish Point and finishes at Hylands Burren Hotel, Ballyvaughan. Most of the course follows the MizMal® route as provided by Wild Atlantic Cycling. Maps and GPX files are supplied to entrants by email about four weeks before the event. The race is cup-free; competitors must use a reusable cup.

Entries, cut-offs and limits

Entry is limited to 20 race places plus an additional 20 for MizMal® competitors for a maximum of 40 starters. Entry fees are listed as £90 for the race and £155 for a Plus Race Package that includes a race shirt and hi-viz jacket if ordered at least four weeks before the event. The organiser enforces preset cut-offs based on a minimum average speed of 4.0 mph; competitors who fall below this requirement may be withdrawn.
