Inis Oírr Wild Atlantic Island Run
Inis Oírr Wild Atlantic Island Run is an annual fundraiser organised for Coláiste Ghobnait, the secondary school on Inis Oírr. The event comprises road races held on Inis Oírr, an island off the west coast of Ireland in Galway Bay, and is scheduled for Saturday 17 April 2027.

Registration is online only; there will be no registration on the day. Online entries close at 11.59pm on 5 April 2027. T shirts are guaranteed for online registrations made on or before 26 February 2027. Entry fees are: 10K €50, 5K €50, 13–17 years €25, under 12s €15. Refunds are not available, but entries may be deferred to the following year; entry transfers are accepted up to 4 April 2027 upon request.
Timing and race services include chip timing, marked and marshalled routes, a map of the course, water stations on route, and refreshments before and after the race with finish refreshments in An Halla. A baggage area and toilets will be available at the start and finish. At least two first aid points will be provided, and results will be processed and published online after the race.
Prizes and medals are awarded to the top finishers in the 10K and 5K male and female categories, and to first male and female finishers in the over 40, over 50 and over 60 age groups.
