MTC Carman

The MTC Carman is a 38-mile ultra marathon that forms part of the Mount to Coast End to End Challenge Series, specifically Day 12 of the MizMal® event, which spans 14 days across Ireland. The race begins at the Rolling Waves Guesthouse in Bundoran and concludes at the Villa Rose Hotel and Spa in Ballybofey. Participants are required to maintain a minimum pace of 4 mph, with various checkpoints along the route offering food and support.
