MSJ 5K at Mount St. Joseph University

The 8th Annual MSJ 5K takes place on September 26, 2026 at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio. The event offers a 5K Run/Walk on campus and a virtual No Sweat option for remote supporters.

The 5 kilometer course winds through the Mount St. Joseph University campus and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse. Participants are grouped into age divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80.

Overall male and female winners receive awards, and top male and female performers in each age category will also be recognized. Registration includes chip timing, a race T-shirt, awards, and access to pre- and post-event activities. Registrations completed before September 3 are guaranteed a commemorative shirt; later registrations receive shirts while supplies last. The No Sweat option includes a race shirt while supplies last.

Pre-race music and entertainment are provided, and the post-race celebration includes refreshments, stretching, massage, and entertainment. Early packet pick up is available in the Quad near Seton Center Lobby, and race day packet pick up is located at the Upper East Lot. Final results are posted online and at the event.
