Movement Lab's Annual 5K Run/Walk
Movement Lab organizes an annual in-person 5K run and walk on November 7, 2026 at 16200 Northwest 59th Avenue, suite 107, Miami Lakes, FL 33014. The event supports the Overtown Youth Center and the Basket Brigade Thanksgiving Food Drive; organizers will accept canned goods and other in-kind donations for those efforts.
Tickets for the event were listed at no cost. The event page notes a five hour on-site schedule and indicates sponsors will support activities during the morning.
At check-in organizers will provide wristlets to confirm that participants have signed a liability waiver and that registration is complete either before or at the event. Organizers ask attendees to arrive promptly to help make the check-in process smooth.
The description specifies the event is in person and organized by Movement Lab. The presentation of donations and coordination with the Overtown Youth Center are central to the event purpose. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
