MoVal Runs Bunny Run 5K
The 2026 MoVal Runs Bunny Run 5K is an Easter themed running event held at Lake Perris. The event is organized by MoVal Runs, a community run club based in Moreno Valley. The race is capped at 250 participants and does not offer same-day registration.
The event features a single distance:

The course is located along the scenic Lake Perris trail. It is an out-and-back route that takes place entirely on a paved trail. The path is completely flat, beginning near the lake and heading toward the dam before returning to the finish line. A water station is available for participants at the halfway point.
Participants receive a custom bib and an egg-shaped finisher medal. Those who register before March 12th also receive an event t-shirt. The finish line area provides complimentary drinks and snacks alongside booths from local sponsors. An awards ceremony follows the race, recognizing the top three male and female finishers in several categories, including under 17, ages 18-29, and ages 30 or older. A specific stroller division is also recognized with its own awards, though participants pushing strollers are only eligible for prizes within that specific category.
