About the race
Mountain Do Chapada dos Veadeiros is a trail running event held in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, Goiás, on 31 October 2026. The routes run through the Cerrado biome and include trails that pass by canyons, waterfalls, and rocky formations characteristic of Chapada dos Veadeiros. Distances offered for registered participants are:
- 21 km
- 14 km
- 7 km
The event provides participant kits that include a water-resistant backpack, dry fit shirt, cap, towel at arrival, finishing medal, bib with timing chip, and athlete insurance. Organizers supply hydration on course; athletes in the 21 km are advised to use a hydration pack or belt. GPX files for each route are available for download and the race has a published regulation and a required signed liability term for participation.
Registration options list a current full-price lot of R$ 450 for the race distances and a reduced price of R$ 295 for athletes aged 60 and over. The schedule shows kit pickup and on-site activities in the days before and on the event date.
