Event details

The Mount Sparta Challenge is a 24-hour endurance event held June 27-28, 2026 at Riverside Farm, 105 Tweed River Dr., Pittsfield, Vermont. The course uses a repeating loop of 2 miles with a total elevation gain of 970 ft per loop. Participants compete for the most completed laps or to endure the full 24-hour period. The event is presented as a Founders Event.

Registration and categories

General tickets are listed from $115. Racing as a team is the only way to secure the same start time for teammates and provides reduced entry costs when tickets are purchased together or when a team referral link is used after purchase. A service member discount of up to 25% is available to eligible U.S. personnel, including military, law enforcement, firefighters and specified first responders, and U.S. government employees; eligibility must be verified through GOVX.
