Mount Melleray Trail
The event is a trail race at Mount Melleray in County Waterford on Sunday 16th August 2026. The course distance is 8.00 km with a climb of 250 m. The short course is not listed.
Only major junctions on the route are marked. GPS devices are not allowed. The event forms part of the Coillte Summer/Autumn Trail League, Munster.
Entry fees are listed as €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s. Entries open on Monday 20th July 2026 at 21:00 and close on Saturday 25th July 2026 at 18:00.
Mandatory kit is Level B - Standard and includes a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, a charged mobile phone with an emergency number stored, and a foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent. Runners should have the means to carry the required items. The exact kit to be carried during the race may be finalised on the day depending on conditions and will be advised at registration.
