Mott Lake Trail Run - 3 Mile, 5 Mile and 12.5K
The event takes place on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Bluebell Beach Park, 5500 N Bray Rd, Flint, MI 48505. It offers on-course views of Mott Lake, Stepping Stone Falls, and surrounding hardwood forest along the Flint River Trail.
The routes combine lakeside and wooded paths with paved trail sections and gentle elevation changes. The course is marked with signs, cones, and field paint, and identified trip hazards are noted by the organizers.

- 12.5K Run (about 95% paved; includes Branch Rd and James Basset Dr)
- 5 Mile Run (100% paved; includes a short section on Branch Rd)
- 3 Mile Run/Walk (100% paved)

Registration for the in person distances includes chip timing with live results, a custom dri fit race shirt, a custom finisher medal, overall and age group awards, free race photos, and post race refreshments. Virtual registration includes a custom race bib, the option to receive a dri fit shirt, a finisher medal, and shipping of the race packet. Virtual results will not be uploaded into the in person results.
