Mother's Day Classic - Seymour
The Mother's Day Classic at Lions Park in Seymour is a community walk and run supporting breast and ovarian cancer research. The event takes place on a flat out-and-back course along the shared walking track from the boat ramp toward the freeway and returns to the start line. The 10 km option is two laps of the course.

Event facilities are located in the Event Village at Lions Park on the grassed area to the right of the boat ramp. Parking is available along Manners Street and Emily Street. The train station is approximately a 20 minute walk to the park. There are toilets before entering the park and portaloos inside the park. Hot drinks and free fresh fruit are provided. Water stations are available in the village and on course and participants are advised to bring their own bottle. The course is pram and wheelchair friendly and accessible parking is available.
This is a fun run and walk with no official run timing on event day. Dogs are allowed in all areas including the course when on leash. Registrations for this event have closed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
