Moscow Mountain Madness is a trail event in Moscow, Idaho, organized by Palouse Road Runners on October 4, 2026. The event offers multiple distances and takes place on the trails of Moscow Mountain near 3443 Foothill Rd.

All courses are mostly single-track trail with some logging roads. The route description notes frequent climbs and descents, smooth trail tread in most places, and scenic views across the Palouse. Aid stations are provided along the courses, and the 50K includes multiple aid station stops and support.
Drop bag options are available: all distances have a finish line drop bag option and the 50K has an additional drop bag at the Four Corners Aid Station. Drop bags must be no larger than a shoe box and are collected at bib pickup. 50K participants are expected to download and be able to access a course GPX file during the race as an added safety measure.
The 50K has a 10 hour overall cut-off and aid station cut-offs will be used to help ensure runners stay on pace. Race shirts are available for order by September 5 for delivery by race day; short-sleeve tech shirts are $20 and a unique 50K shirt is offered for 50K participants.
There are no refunds or rollovers; registration insurance is available and downward distance changes are permitted without refund of price difference. Awards are given to first place male, female, and nonbinary runners overall and masters for each distance. Volunteers are requested for tasks including parking, bib pickup, aid stations, and course marking or sweeping. Registration closes October 2 at 11:59 PM PT.
