The Mosaic Foundation 5K Run/Walk takes place on April 19, 2026, on the Ocean City Boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey. The event is organized by the Mosaic Foundation 5K Run/Walk and directs proceeds to local dementia and Alzheimer’s programs, caregiver resources, and enrichment activities for older adults in Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland Counties.

Entry fees listed on the event page are $35 for the 5k Run, $35 for the 5k Walk, and $20 for the 1 Mile Kids & Family Run. The 5k Run is chip timed and uses an out-and-back course. Awards include top three overall male and female finishers in the 5k Run (based on gun time) and medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age category (age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+); overall winners are excluded from age-group awards.
