Event Overview
The Mighty Morley 10K is an undulating road race held in the historic streets of Morley, Leeds. Organized by the Morley Running Club, this volunteer-led, not-for-profit event takes place on a single-lap, closed-road course. The route features two out-and-back sections and a three-way crossover at Morley Bottoms. The event is inclusive and accommodates wheelchair racers.
The race utilizes chip timing and has an entry limit of 1500 participants. The course is fully marshalled and includes distance markers as well as a water station. As a sustainability-focused event, participants receive an eco-friendly medal and a digital goody bag upon completion.

The roads are scheduled to remain closed for approximately 120 minutes after the start. Participants remaining on the course after this time are required to move to the pavements.
Facilities and Logistics
Race headquarters are located at Crank Studios. Facilities available to participants include a baggage store and toilets situated at the start line, the finish area, and race headquarters. There are no changing or shower facilities on-site. Parking is available at various locations throughout the town centre within walking distance of the event area.
Race numbers for early entries are sent by post approximately two weeks before the event, while those who enter later can collect their numbers on the day. The event serves as a fundraiser for local good causes nominated by the running club. Participants must be at least 15 years old on race day to compete.
