CBTE Morland Half Marathon
The event is a trail half marathon held in and around the village of Morland near Penrith in the Eden Valley. The route is suitable for both runners and walkers and follows largely off road tracks on mixed terrain with 1330 ft of elevation.
The course is partially self navigated and has some signage. It passes rivers, becks, Eden Valley villages, woodlands, and pastures, and it uses sections of the Morland Marathon route.
Entry information notes a minimum age of 17 on the event date. Entries open 18 August 2025 and close 26 July 2026. Entry fees are listed as Affiliated £37.00 and Unaffiliated £39.00. The entry package includes a finisher medal, a t shirt, and water and snacks provided at two checkpoints.
Prizes include trophies for first placed male, female, and non binary overall, and first placed male and female in the 50, 60, and 70 age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
