Moray Coastal Trail Races
The Moray Coastal Trail Races take place on 8 May 2027 along the Moray coastline in Scotland. Two ultramarathon distances follow coastal paths and link a series of beaches, cliffs and former fishing villages between Findhorn, Lossiemouth and Cullen.

The 50 mile event follows the full Moray Coastal Trail from Findhorn to the Cullen Viaduct. The 50 km event starts at Lossiemouth and joins the same route toward Cullen. The route passes Burghead Bay, clifftop sections near Lossiemouth, Spey Bay where dolphins may be seen, and landmarks such as Bow Fiddle Rock and local dinosaur footprints.
Event logistics include cutoff times, aid stations and drop bag provision. The 50 mile race has a 16 hour cutoff and fully stocked aid stations with drop bags. The 50 km race has a 10 hour cutoff with fully stocked aid stations and two drop bags. Entry is limited to 150 runners for each race and runners must be over 18.
