Moray Coastal Trail Races
The Moray Coastal Trail Races take place on 9 May 2026 and follow the Moray coastline between Findhorn, Lossiemouth and Cullen. Two race distances run along sections of the coastal trail that pass beaches, cliffs, coastal formations and former fishing villages. The finish for both races is at Cullen Viaduct. Route highlights named by the organiser include Roseisle Forest, dinosaur footprints, Bow Fiddle Rock, Spey Bay and local lighthouses.
Both races use marked trail sections with aid provision and allowed drop bags. Fully stocked aid stations are listed for each race. Entry is limited to 150 runners in each race. Age requirement is 18 or older. GPX files and a race handbook are available for the courses.
