MoonPie 10 Mile and 5K Races : Bell Buckle, Tennessee
The Bell Buckle Chamber of Commerce presents the 31st annual RC Cola MoonPie certified races on June 19, 2027, in Bell Buckle, Tennessee. The event offers two distances:
- 10 Mile: certified course; continuous gently rolling hills; one large hill at 4.25 miles.
- 5K: mostly flat course touring historic Bell Buckle neighborhoods.
Registration is online only through RunSignUp.com, limited to the first 1,100 runners, with a registration fee of $40.00. Registration opens June 25, 2026 and closes April 1, 2027. Packet pick-up takes place in downtown Bell Buckle on Friday, June 18, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on race day from 5:30 AM to 6:45 AM. Race shirts are guaranteed for pre-registered runners, though sizes are not guaranteed.
A copy of the course map is available at packet pick-up and on race day. Event information includes details about water stops, parking, and award presentations. After the races, a runner's breakfast is served to participants and a finisher medal is awarded to all who cross the finish line.
