Moonlight Beach Half Marathon : Event details
The Moonlight Beach event is a road race held at Moonlight State Beach in Encinitas, California on March 14, 2027. The event is presented by Excelerace and includes multiple race distances along a coastal course in Encinitas.
Included with registration are a runner T-shirt and finisher medal. The event offers prize money for top finishers in the half marathon and awards for age-bracket winners in both the half marathon and the 10k; top places in the half marathon receive monetary prizes of $300, $200, and $100. Age-bracket winners receive complimentary entry to the following year.

Packet pick-up is available at Road Runner Sports in Carlsbad (5617 Paseo Del Norte #100) on March 12 and March 13, with published pickup hours on the organizer information. A shuttle service operates between the Encinitas Community and Senior Center and the race area with drop off at US Bank in Encinitas.
