Denver MonsterDash Run - Sloan's Lake, October 24, 2026
The Denver MonsterDash Run is set at Sloan's Lake Park on October 24, 2026. The event includes multiple race distances, a kids mile, and a finish area festival with vendors, food, and family activities. The field is limited to 600 runners.

- 10 km two loops
- Kids mile out-and-back mini loop for ages 3 to 12
The 5 km course is a single loop and the 10 km course is two loops of the same circuit. The 10 km course includes three water stops at approximately 1.5 miles, 3.1 miles and 4.5 miles, and the lead pack will be guided by a cyclist. The course is described as flat and runs along tree-lined sections with views of the mountains.
Race day activities include a sports expo with local vendors, hot food and a coffee truck, carnival games, popcorn and cotton candy, BBQ items and drinks from sponsors. The finish area becomes the MonsterDash Carnival with inflatables such as large clowns, an astronaut and an alien, a selfie wall, and on-course hidden clowns with prize opportunities. A pie eating contest and other festival attractions are planned.
Awards are presented after the races; 5k awards are given three deep in age groups. A costume contest offers categories including best family, best clowns, most creative and most original. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
