Monster March 5K - Sundance
The Monster March 5K is a Halloween themed community run and walk held in Sundance, Wyoming on October 10, 2026. The course covers 3.1 miles and begins at the Sundance State Bank employee parking lot near 123 North Second Street.
Participants check in before the event and receive a race bib and an event T-shirt. There are no public restrooms at the starting location. The event site is described as stroller and wheelchair accessible, and pets are allowed on the course.
Event features include a costume contest with awards for most creative costume, scariest costume, best couple costume, and best group costume. A separate pet costume contest is also planned. A haunted trail section on the route will include themed decorations and costumed characters.
A registration fee of $35.00 is listed for the event. Sponsorship opportunities are available that include logo placement on event T-shirts and promotional materials. Event proceeds benefit the CCMSD Employee Relations Committee.
