The Monster Dash 5K and Kids' Fun Run takes place on Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Spokane, WA. The event includes a chip-timed 5K and a Kids' Fun Run offered at three shorter distances. Distances:

- 1 mile
- 1/2 mile
- 1/4 mile
The Fun Run finishes with candy goodie bags for each child. Adults are allowed to walk or run alongside their children for the full Fun Run course. Prizes are planned for overall winners and ribbons for age-category winners. This is the 17th edition of the event.
Location, registration and proceeds
The race base is the Lower Manito Park Picnic Shelter, 1702 S Grand Blvd, Spokane, WA 99203. Bib and t-shirt pickup is available at the picnic shelter on race day. Registration prices listed are $35 for the 5K and $17 for the Kids' Fun Run when registered on or before October 13, 2025; registering by that date guarantees a race shirt. Extra shirts may be available after the race on a first-come, first-served basis.
All proceeds from the race are donated to Active4Youth, a local nonprofit that provides elementary running programs at no cost to children in Spokane Public Schools, West Valley School District, and Central Valley School District.
