Monster Colour 5k Edmonton
The Monster Colour 5k Edmonton is a running event held at the Northeast River Valley Park. The course features a 5 km loop that combines traditional color stations with inflatable monsters and bubble bogs. Participants are permitted to run, walk, or dance their way through the route.
The event offers several registration categories:
- Monster 5k: A 5 km event for participants aged 5 to 99. Finishers receive a medal upon completion.
- Little Monsters: A package for children aged 5 and under that includes a finishers medallion, color packs, a buff, and a light-up headband.
- Monster Festival: A music-focused celebration featuring a DJ and a dance party with color powder. Participation in the festival is available independently of the run.
The course terrain is variable and may include hills, roads, pathways, grass, and unpaved trails. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on the course. For safety, participants aged 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Race kit pickup is conducted at the registration table on the day of the event.
