Monster Colour 5k Edmonton, billed as Canada’s Colour Run, takes place at Northeast River Valley Park, 903 153 Avenue NE. The event offers a 5k loop suitable for all fitness levels, inviting participants to run, walk, or dance through inflatable monster-themed color stations, bubbles, and music. The course features inflatable monsters along the route and color stations that create a festive atmosphere; safety and accessibility notes indicate that strollers and wheelchairs are allowed, terrain varies, and younger participants must be accompanied by an adult.
