The Minnesota Brewery Running Series presents an untimed, community 5K-style fun run that starts and finishes at Badger Hill Brewing Company in Shakopee, Minnesota. The marked course uses nearby streets and paths and is open to runners, walkers, and joggers of varied paces. Final course maps and parking information will be sent to registered participants the week of the event.
Registration includes one craft beverage from Badger Hill Brewing Company with non-alcoholic options available, plus a collector’s pint glass or Brewery Running Series swag item. After the run the event connects to Shaktoberfest activities at the brewery, featuring music, entertainment, games, giveaways, and an outdoor patio area.
The Brewery Running Series partners with local breweries and directs a portion of proceeds to Minnesota nonprofit organizations; the organization reports having raised more than $700,000 to date. The event is rain or shine, operates as an open course where participants must follow local traffic laws, and requires ID for alcohol service to participants aged 21 and older.
