Mistletoe 5K Run/Walk - Saint Marys
The event includes two separate 5K events, a run and a walk, held on a wheeled course on paved streets in Saint Marys, West Virginia. The start and finish are at Pleasants County Park, with the venue address listed as 605 Cherry Street, Saint Marys, WV 26170.
Awards are given separately for walkers and runners. Walkers: first overall male and female; male age-group awards include first 3 in 49 & under, 50-59, and 60-69, and first 2 in 70-75 and 76+; female age-group awards include first 3 in 39 & under, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Runners: first 3 overall male and female, and first 3 male and female in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
The first 130 finishers will receive a participant medal. Registration opens on August 25 and closes on December 4. The listed registration fee is $25. Preregistration participants by December 5 are guaranteed a long-sleeve dry-fit T-shirt; additional shirts are available day of the event while supplies last.
