The Mistletoe 5K Run/Walk takes place on Sunday, December 21, 2025, in Saint Marys, West Virginia. The event starts and finishes in Pleasants County Park at 605 Cherry Street, Saint Marys, WV 26170. The course is a wheeled course on paved streets in St. Marys.

Registration fee is $25 for early registration and increases to $30 after December 5, 2025. Preregistration by December 5 guarantees a long-sleeve dry-fit T-shirt; additional shirts are available on race day while supplies last.
Awards and extras
The first 130 finishers will receive a participant medal. Awards for walkers include first overall male and female walkers and age-group prizes: male age groups 49 & under, 50-59, 60-69 (first three) and 70-75, 76+ (first two); female age groups 39 & under, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (first three). Awards for runners include first three overall male and female and first three male and female in these age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
