Event
The Mistie Hill Wine Run 5k is scheduled for Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Mistie Hill Vineyard in Custer Park, Illinois (36921 Ohlhues Rd, Custer Park, IL 60481). The race is a chip-timed 5k run/walk that starts and finishes at the winery. Timing and race results are managed by J3 Timing and results will be posted online.
Logistics and features
Race registration includes a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a chip-timed bib, and a pour of wine. Minors may register at a discounted rate; minors do not receive the wine glass or a wine pour. Packet pickup is race-day only and opens one hour before the event.
Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed on site.
The event offers a virtual participation option. Virtual participants can either pick up a packet and run on their own or arrange to have a packet shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge.
Awards and photos
Age group awards are offered for top finishers in 10-year age categories, with awards available for pickup on race day; awards will not be shipped. Free race photographs will be available for download after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
