Packet pickup is available at two locations in the days before the race and there is additional packet pickup on race day at the Rocky Mount Church of God. The event raises money for the charity Healing Strides, located at 672 Naff Road in Boones Mill, Virginia. Awards include trophies for the top three male and female overall finishers, trophies for Masters (40 and over) and Grand Masters (50 and over), and medals for the top three in each of 16 age groups for both men and women. Virtual participants may complete their 5K run or walk at a time and location of their choice. A course map and past results are available through the event materials.
