Minuteman Day 2026: Open 5K Race and Associated Events
Minuteman Day 2026 is scheduled for 12 September 2026 at Camp Robinson. The Arkansas Army and Air National Guard present an open base day with multiple community activities that include running events and demonstrations of service programs.
The running program includes high school and middle school cross country races with registration handled on MileSplit, and an open 5K race with packet pickup available the morning of the event. A shirt order form is noted as coming soon.
Other programmed activities run alongside the races. An Army Combat Fitness Competition based on the ACFT will take place. A health, wellness, and education fair will feature experts, college and university representatives, and information on benefits for service members. Unit and equipment exhibits will display military units and career field equipment. The event also includes a BBQ cookoff and multiple food trucks.
Registration options for the various competitions and exhibits are provided by the organizer. The event is framed as community engagement between the Arkansas National Guard and the local public at Camp Robinson. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
