About the race
Minnie Ha Ha endurance runs are timed events organized by S.L.U.G.S. at Minnie Ha Ha Park in St. Louis, MO. The event offers two timed options:
- 12 hour timed event
- 6 hour timed event
The course is a USATF certified paved loop that measures 1.17 miles and runs through a mostly flat, wooded park with views of the Meramec River and fall foliage. The start and finish area is located at Shelter E. There is adequate parking across the park, and a playground and restrooms are near the shelter.
An aid station is adjacent to the start and finish area and will be stocked with fluids and foods typical for an ultra event. The race is cupless; participants are responsible for bringing a handheld, belt, or vest. Sports drink will be available at the aid station. The event is professionally chip timed.
The Minnie Ha Ha runs are part of the Eastern Missouri Ultra Series EMUS, where series points are awarded based on miles run plus bonus points for placing. All finishers receive a finisher medal. Awards are given to first overall male and female in each race and to male and female winners in Masters 40-49 and Grand Master 50+. There are no refunds or deferrals; bibs may be transferred with notification to the race director. Race swag for 2026 will be announced.
