Route, safety and facilities

A mid- way non-returnable food drop bag option is available. Mandatory kit includes a waterproof jacket with taped seams, hat and gloves, capacity to carry 500 ml fluid, a fully charged phone, a survival bag, and a whistle. Free parking, toilet facilities at start and finish, race photography, finishers medals, male and female podium trophies, and first aid medical support are listed.
