Minchinhampton 10K
The Minchinhampton 10K is a road race scheduled for 8th March 2026 on quiet country lanes in and around the Cotswold town of Minchinhampton. The course was accurately measured and includes one hill and a few undulations, with a final stretch up the main street.
Race headquarters is at Minchinhampton Academy and the start and finish are on the Great Park common behind the school. Entry is limited to 300 places and registration closes on 5th March 2026 or earlier if the limit is reached. The minimum age is 16 years and there are no entries on the day. The entry fee is £27.50 with an additional £2 charge for unaffiliated runners. Race bibs can be collected from Race HQ on the morning of the event.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal and a technical T shirt, with size guaranteed if ordered before 25th February. Awards are given to first, second and third placed man and lady. The route includes one water station just after 5 km.
Race statistics published for the course show a distance of 10 km (6.2 miles), approximately 98 percent road and 2 percent grass, total ascent 494 ft (151 m), lowest point 371 ft at 3.2 km and highest point 634 ft at 0.4 km. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
