A visiting professional Diadora athlete and collegiate standout will attend. The athlete’s achievements noted for the event include nine All-America honors, seven BIG EAST titles, personal bests such as a 3:45 mile, 3:32 1500m, and 13:05 5K, and representation of Team USA at the World Athletics Cross Country Championships where the U20 team won a bronze medal.
Planned activities for the evening include a meet and greet with the athlete, the opportunity to run alongside the visiting athlete, demos of the Diadora Corsa shoe, and Diadora giveaways. The organizer also provides a complimentary first beverage for participants. The format aims to combine informal running, product demos, and chances to connect with the local running community.
