About the race
The Miles of Thanks 5K is a community running event organized by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber, scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Central Winds Park in Winter Springs, Florida. Registered participants receive a T-shirt and a medal; to receive a preferred shirt size participants must register by November 1. Adult entry fees vary by registration period: $30 from Aug 10 to Sep 21, $35 from Sep 21 to Oct 21, and $40 from Oct 21 to Nov 21. Youth entry is $20 and must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs may participate on a leash for a $15 fee; dog entries include a racing bandana, available to the first 50 dog registrants and only if registered by November 1.
A portion of the event proceeds will benefit HOPE Helps and Meals on Wheels to support meal services for individuals and families during the holiday season.
