Miles for Missions Raffle Run/Walk - Maumee, OH
Miles for Missions is a combined running, orienteering, and raffle event held on August 12, 2026 at Side Cut Metropark Riverside Shelter, 1025 W. River Rd., Maumee, OH 43537. Participants have 60 minutes to visit as many of eight raffle ticket stations placed throughout the park, collect tickets, and return to the start. The most efficient route to visit many stations is about 5.5 miles.
Participants choose their own route using park trail maps. After the timed activity, collected tickets are used to bid on more than 20 raffle prizes. Prize examples include Second Sole gift cards and merchandise, items from local artists, craft beer and wine, gift baskets, and kids toys. Regardless of how many tickets a participant collects, every participant has a chance to win.
Packet pick-up is available at Second Sole running store, 4130 Levis Commons Blvd, Perrysburg, OH 43551, on the day before the event and on the event day at the store. Additional packet pick-up is available at the event location at Side Cut Metropark Riverside Shelter. The listed registration fee for the one hour run or walk is $15.00.
