About the race
Miles for Migraine West Virginia takes place at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park in Morgantown. The event features a 2-mile untimed Walk and a 5K chip-timed Run, plus a Relax West Virginia option for non-participants. This 6th annual fundraiser supports migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, benefiting West Virginia University’s Headache Center.
All finishers earn a medal, and the 5K offers professional timing. Enthusiasts are encouraged to wear purple for a prize, and attendees can explore sponsors in the festival area and hear speakers.
