Miles for Migraine West Virginia 2026
Miles for Migraine West Virginia presents its 7th annual community fundraiser at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park in Morgantown, WV on October 10, 2026. The event supports migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, with funds benefiting Miles for Migraine free programs and services and the West Virginia University Headache Center for local research and fellowship training.
The event program includes speakers and a festival area with sponsors. Finishers of the walk and run receive a finisher medal. A costume element invites participants to wear purple flair for a chance at a prize. Awards and fundraising recognition include top individual and team fundraisers, a caregiver appreciation nomination, spirit awards, and overall race placings for female, male, and non binary top finishers.
