Miles for Migraine - North Carolina 2026
Miles for Migraine - North Carolina holds its 8th annual event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Jamison Park in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The event functions as a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment and research. Funds raised support Miles for Migraine free programs and services and the Comprehensive Headache Program at Wake Forest Baptist to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs.
The event includes a festival area with speakers and sponsors. The 5K run is professionally chip timed. The Walk and the Relax options are free and donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. A virtual participation option is available; virtual participants can receive a participant shirt, an event bib and a finisher medal, with a mailed swag bag available for an additional charge.
Packet pick up is available at Fleet Feet in Clemmons on the day before the event and at the event site on event day. The event recognizes top fundraisers and teams and offers awards and fundraising based swag and prizes. Participants are invited to wear purple for a chance to win a prize.
