Miles for Migraine - Illinois 2026
Miles for Migraine will hold its 11th annual event on June 6, 2026 at Diversey Park, 2601 North Cannon Drive, Chicago, IL. The event combines walk and run options with a festival area that features speakers and sponsor exhibits.
This event is a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment and research. Funds raised support Miles for Migraine programs and services, the Seymour Diamond Fellowship in Headache Medicine, and the RUSH Headache Center to aid local research and fellowship training.
Event options include a professionally chip timed 5K run, an untimed 2 mile walk, and a Relax option for attendees who want to participate in the festival area only. The Walk and Relax options are free and donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. A virtual participant option is offered and can include mailed participant swag such as a shirt, bib and finisher medal for an additional charge.
The festival area will host pre-event speakers and sponsor booths. Participants are encouraged to wear purple flair for a costume prize. Packet pick-up is available at Heartbreak Hill Running Company, 2148 N Halsted St, Chicago, and at the event site prior to the event.
