Miles for Migraine - Colorado 2026 takes place on August 15, 2026 at Great Lawn Park, Yosemite Street, Denver, CO. The event serves as a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, with proceeds supporting Miles for Migraine programs and the University of Colorado and Children's Colorado headache centers.

Walk and Relax options are offered at no cost, and donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal.
