Miles for Meals 5K Run/Walk - Titus
Miles for Meals 5K is a community run and walk presented by Fostering Full Tummies. The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2027, at The Pointe at Lake Jordan, 789 Lakeland Drive, Titus, AL 36080. It takes place during the site’s Farmer’s Market event, which features fresh produce and local food vendors.
The event is the third annual Miles for Meals and supports local foster families by providing encouragement, support, and nourishing meals. Proceeds from the event go directly to the Fostering Full Tummies program.
There are three registration options, all for a 5-kilometer distance: an in-person 5K with a race shirt, an in-person 5K without a shirt, and a virtual 5K. Listed registration fees are $30 for the in-person option with a shirt and $25 for the no-shirt and virtual options.
Packet pickup is available the day before the event at Brown's Pest Control in Deatsville and on race day at The Pointe at Lake Jordan. An awards ceremony will follow the race, with awards given to overall finishers and to the top three finishers in each age category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
