Miles for Mammos is a community run and walk whose proceeds benefit Dosher Memorial Hospital to support local breast health services and early detection. The event includes in-person and virtual participation options and presents a mix of timed and untimed distances.

The event location is Dosher Memorial Hospital at 924 N Howe St, with the physical start and finish at the back of the hospital near the corner of 9th St and Atlantic Ave. Packet pickup is available at Live Oak Med Spa and at the registration table near the start line on race day. Virtual registration includes shipping for race items, which will be sent within two weeks after the event. Race shirts are available while supplies last in sizes XS to 2XL. All registered participants receive a medal and a bib.
Course support includes two water stations and portable restrooms near the start area. Awards for the 5K include overall male and female winners and age group winners across standard age divisions.
