Miles 4 Meals
Miles 4 Meals takes place on November 7, 2026 at Indian Spring Metropark in White Lake, Michigan. The event offers three distance options and directs race proceeds and donations to providing meals for local families during the holiday season.
Participants receive a race shirt and a finisher medal. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers in each race and to the top three in each age group. Age groups are organized by decade, for example ages 1 to 9, 10 to 19, 20 to 29, and so on up to 80 and up.
Packet pick up is available on Wednesday and Thursday at Runnin Gear in Waterford and on race day at Meadowlark Pavilion. Parking, bathrooms, water, registration, and packet pickup are located near the start area. The course remains open to the public, so runners may encounter other park users. Trash cans are located by the water station and throughout the course.
Stroller accessibility varies by distance. The 5K and 8 Mile are on paved paths. The Half Marathon includes a short section on a dirt road that is described as manageable with a jogging stroller. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
