Miles 4 Meals
Miles 4 Meals is a community fundraising running event on November 7, 2026 at Indian Spring Metropark in White Lake, Michigan. The event offers multiple distance options and directs race proceeds and donations toward providing meals for local families during the holiday season.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K
- 8 Mile
- Half Marathon
Packet pick-up is available at Runnin Gear in Waterford on the Wednesday and Thursday before the event, and at the Meadowlark Pavilion on race day. Each registered participant receives a race shirt and a finisher medal. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers in each race and to the top three finishers in each age group. Age groups are grouped in ten year bands from 1–9 through 80 plus.
Course notes specify that the 5K and 8 Mile routes run on paved paths, while the Half Marathon includes a short section on a dirt road; the dirt section is described as manageable with a jogging stroller. Parking, restrooms, water, registration, and packet pick-up are located near the start area. The park requires a Metropark sticker for entry; a sticker can be obtained at the park if needed.
