Midweek Aquathlon

Midweek Aquathlon, hosted by The Bridge Events Dartford, takes place at The Bridge in Dartford (DA1 5PR). The two-stage event starts with a 650m open-water swim in the south lake, followed by a 5.7km run around the lakes (three laps). The format is chosen to fit neatly into a midweek training schedule.

A maximum of 40 participants is allowed for safety reasons. Open-water swimming experience and a bright swimming cap are required. Registration is from the lakeside area with free parking nearby; attendees are reminded of safety rules, especially when leaving the wet, slippery lake area.
