HESSCO 5K at Mick Morgan's

The HESSCO 5K at Mick Morgan's is the 15th annual event held on March 14, 2026, in Sharon, Massachusetts. The course is a 5K (3.4 miles) and is based at Mick Morgan's Irish Pub, 973 Providence Highway (Route 1), Sharon, MA 02067.

The race raises funds for HESSCO programs such as Meals on Wheels and home care services. HESSCO serves as the Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for 12 communities in South Norfolk County.

This 2026 event is USATF sanctioned. Runners with strollers are permitted. Shirts and socks are available for purchase online, at bib pick-up, and at the race while supplies last.

Award divisions include overall placements (one overall male, one overall female, and one overall nonbinary, with those overall awards excluded from age categories), team awards for the top two teams determined by the lowest combined times of the first five finishers, and age-group awards for the top two in each of nine divisions: Under 14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70–79, and 80+.
