Event overview
The MetroHealth Resiliency Run is scheduled for June 6, 2026 in Cleveland, Ohio. The 10th annual event features a 5K course that runs through the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. The event raises funds for trauma and burn survivors who receive care at MetroHealth and recognizes survivors, their families, and caregivers. The event proceeds rain or shine.

Entry and services
Early registration fees are listed for multiple event types, including a virtual option. Virtual 5K and 1 Mile entries are available and can be completed remotely. Mail entries must be received by Wednesday, June 3, 2026; mailed entries are accepted to Hermes Sports & Events, 2425 West 11th St. Suite #2, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. Registered participants receive a short-sleeved t-shirt (distributed first come, first served) and post-race refreshments, and race fees include zoo admission for the day. Supporters who wish to enter the zoo must purchase wristbands; ticket price is $10 payable by cash or check.
Timing and awards
The 5K is chip timed. The 1 Mile and Kids Fun Run are not timed. Instead of traditional finisher awards, the event will hold a ceremony to honor resilience among survivors and community members. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
