MetroHealth Resiliency Run
The 10th annual Resiliency Run takes place on June 6, 2026 at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cleveland, Ohio. The event raises funds for trauma and burn survivors who come to MetroHealth for critical care and other healthcare needs, and it recognizes survivors and the caregivers who support recovery.
The program includes in-person and virtual participation. In-person offerings include a 5K run/walk that follows a course through the zoo, a 1 Mile run/walk, and a Kids Fun Run. The 5K is chip timed; the 1 Mile and Kids Fun Run are not timed.

Race fees allow admission to the zoo for the day. Participants receive a short-sleeved t-shirt and post-race refreshments; shirts are distributed on a first come first served basis and may be provided later if sizes are insufficient. Supporters who enter the zoo during the event require a wristband and an admission fee payable by cash or check.
The virtual option lets participants complete the 5K or 1 Mile on their own, outdoors or on a treadmill, and is open to participants in other locations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
