This 10th annual event takes runners through the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. It features a chip-timed 5k, a 1-mile walk/run, and a Kids Dash, with proceeds supporting trauma and burn survivors at MetroHealth. All participants get zoo admission for the day.

MetroHealth Resiliency Run

The MetroHealth Resiliency Run is the 10th annual edition. It is held in Cleveland, Ohio. The location is the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.

The event features several race distances:

A 5k run/walk that is chip-timed.
A 1 mile run/walk that is not timed.
A Kids Dash/Fun Run for children that is also not timed.

A virtual participation option is available for the 5k and 1 mile distances. There is also a "Non Participant Supporter" category. Funds raised benefit trauma and burn survivors who receive care at MetroHealth.

Registration includes a t-shirt and post-race refreshments. All participants receive admission to the zoo for the day. The event is scheduled for June 6, 2026.

Packet pickup is available the day before the event at the MetroHealth Main Campus and on race day at the zoo starting at 7:00 AM. An awards ceremony honoring survivors and community members is planned for 8:00 AM. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
