Distances and formats
- 2 mile youth - single loop
- 10k - three laps
- 24 hour solo - as many laps as possible
- 24 hour 4-person relay - as many laps as possible
- 100 mile solo - new option, 32 hour limit
Course and logistics
The loop is approximately 2 miles with segment details of 0.7 mile uphill (about 200 feet gain), 0.7 mile downhill (about 200 feet loss), and 0.6 mile flat. The surface is a mix of single-track and grass trails; the course is described as groomed and all runable. With the 100-mile option added, the 24-hour race will end at 24 hours; runners who complete 100 miles within 24 hours remain eligible for the buckle.
Parking will be offsite at Walnut Creek Campground, 2342 Walnut Creek Rd, Chillicothe, OH, with a shuttle to the race site (1.5 miles). Parking is $10 per vehicle, payment by cash is requested, and each parked vehicle receives a $5 credit toward future RunFluent events or race-day swag. Each registered runner is allotted a 10x10 tent or crew space; relay teams share one space. Setup times will be assigned with priority to earlier registrants.
