The Mesa Marathon takes place on February 13, 2027 in Mesa, Arizona and offers multiple race distances: a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, and a free Kids 1K.

Course notes: the marathon starts below the white Phoenix sign on Usery Mountain and records nearly 1,000 feet of net elevation loss. The half marathon begins near McDowell and Norwalk and has about 200 feet of net elevation loss. The 10K starts at Fitch Park and quickly joins the longer routes, with all distances finishing at Riverview Park. All Mesa courses are USATF sanctioned and certified.
Participant services and race-day support include multiple aid stations (13 on the marathon, 7 on the half, 4 on the 10K) stocked with water, portable restrooms, basic first aid, and selected fueling items. Pacers run the marathon and half using a Smart Pacing strategy; pace guide wristbands are available at the expo. All finishers receive distance-specific medals and participants receive a tech shirt with upgrade options.
The race expo is held the day before the event at Sloan Park and includes bib and packet pickup, vendor booths, and pace wristband distribution. The Kids 1K is a free non-timed event for children 12 and under, limited to the first 700 registrants, with finisher ribbon, certificate, shirt, and bib.
