Mercy Health 5K and Fun Run
The Mercy Health 5K and Fun Run is scheduled for October 31, 2026, at E. Carroll Joyner Park, 701 Harris Road, Wake Forest, North Carolina. The event benefits Mercy Health Clinic and directs proceeds to support the clinic's mission to provide free medical care to people in need.
Participants may choose from the following distances:
- 5K timed race
- 1 Mile fun run, untimed
Registration fees vary by date. For the 5K the fees are $30, $35, $40, and $45 depending on registration period. For the Fun Run the fees are $20, $25, $30, and $35 depending on registration period. Registration will be accepted on the day of the event. A t-shirt is included with registration; those registered before October 15 will receive a t-shirt.
Awards are offered for Top Overall Male and Top Overall Female, and for Top Male and Top Female in each age group: 10 and under, 11 to 20, 21 to 30, 31 to 40, 41 to 50, 51 to 60, 61 to 70, and 71 and older. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
