Memorial Day Race 50
Memorial Day Race 50 returns in 2026 as Cincinnati's second oldest race behind the Thanksgiving Day Race. The event is held at Otto Armleder Park, 5057 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45227. Proceeds benefit promoting running and walking in Greater Cincinnati.
The event features a 5K course through the park and on a paved trail. The course is described as contained within the park and on park trail surfaces.
Preregistration opens March 7, 2026 and closes May 4, 2026. The preregistration fee is $15. Race day registration is available at a higher cost; published race day fees are $25 for the general public and $20 for those age 21 and under or RCGC members. Memorial Day Race 50 shirts are available for an extra charge.
Awards are given to the top 3 male overall and top 3 female overall finishers. Additional awards go to the top 20 percent in each running division based on preregistration. Male and female running divisions are by age: 14 and under; 15 to 18; 19 to 24; 25 to 29; 30 to 34; 35 to 39; 40 to 44; 45 to 49; 50 to 54; 55 to 59; 60 to 64; 65 to 69; 70 to 74; 75 and over.
