Memorial Beach Challenge
Memorial Beach Challenge is a one-day event held on the Ocean City, NJ boardwalk that combines an obstacle course race, family-oriented activities, and a memorial service. The main Obstacle Course Challenge is a soft-sand adventure race that features obstacles built to Navy SEAL standards and is offered for individual competitors and teams.
The event includes a Kids Fun Run aimed at young families and other race formats for a range of ages. One listed competition is an Individual Challenge covering 2 Miles on soft sand with obstacle elements.
The event is organized to honor service members and to support veterans and their families. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit 31Heroes, an organization that provides programs, financial support systems, and opportunities for service members, veterans, and their families.
