The event is a road running competition held in São Paulo with arena, start and finish at the Estacionamento do Shopping Metrô Itaquera in Itaquera. The programme includes three individual races:
- 21.097 m (Meia Maratona)
- 10.000 m (10K)
- 5.000 m (5K)
Entry options are Promo, Básica and Premium; each tier includes a race bib and medal, with Básica and Premium also including a commemorative shirt and additional branded items. The organisation limits total entries to 8,000 athletes and sets the minimum age for participation at 18 years at time of registration.
Kits (number, chip and, when applicable, shirt and other items) must be collected at the location chosen during registration; there is no kit delivery on race day or after. The bib carries the disposable timing chip which must remain fixed to the chest and kept visible for correct timing. The race provides hydration, medical support and toilets at several course stations; infrastructure and service availability are defined by the organisers.
Categories include pelotão Elite A/B, Pelotão Premium, Pelotão Geral, athletes with disability and wheelchair classes, each with specific entry rules and documentation requirements for athletes with disabilities.
