The 20th edition of the Meia Maratona Internacional de São Paulo is a road running event in São Paulo with three official distances: 21.097 m (half marathon), 10 km, and 5 km. The race arena, start and finish are located at the Estacionamento do Shopping Metrô Itaquera in the Itaquera neighborhood. The event accepts athletes of all sexes, with a minimum age of 18 years for all distances.
Registrations are limited to 8,000 entrants and are offered in three packages with different inclusions:
- Promo: number and medal.
- Basic: shirt, number and medal.
- Premium: shirt, bottle, bag, number, medal and front-row start (available for 21K only).
The athlete number contains the disposable timing chip and must be worn on the chest. Numbers are personal and nontransferable; the organization may disqualify or suspend athletes who cede or copy numbers. Kit pickup is mandatory at the chosen collection point; zones include Zona Leste at Shopping Metrô Itaquera and locations in Zona Sul/Oeste. No kit delivery on the race day or after.
Course support includes multiple hydration, medical and toilet stations along the route for the 21K, 10K and 5K, and an on-course medical service with ambulances for first response. Public transport access is available via the Corinthians-Itaquera station and the arena is accessed by Portão 2 on Av. Prof. Eng. Ardevan Machado.
